Our Products
We make every effort to display our products, colours and designs as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Please check the product description and available size information before ordering. Measurements may vary slightly due to normal manufacturing tolerances.
Many Le&Me products are produced and printed to order by third-party fulfilment partners. This means production begins after an order is placed and we do not necessarily hold finished stock ourselves.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP).
The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charge, will be shown during checkout before you place your order.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment service providers. Le&Me does not store your full payment card details.
Orders
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. Please check the details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or website error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Production and Delivery
Many of our products are printed to order, so your order may require production time before it is dispatched.
Available delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
If products from the same order are fulfilled separately, they may arrive in more than one parcel.
Please make sure the delivery address supplied at checkout is accurate and complete. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights concerning delivery.
Cancelling an Order and Changing Your Mind
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you will normally have the legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days beginning the day after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, email us at leandmeltd@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Please include your name and order number so that we can identify your order.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods to us.
You may inspect and try on an item as you reasonably would in a shop. You are responsible for any reduction in its value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.
Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory right to cancel where an exemption provided by law applies, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you. Where an exemption applies, this will be made clear before purchase.
Refunds Following Cancellation
Where you validly exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and, where applicable, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery option.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed, materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at leandmeltd@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem and, where reasonably possible, clear photographs showing the issue. Photographs can help us investigate and resolve the problem more quickly.
Please do not return a faulty, damaged or incorrect item until we have provided return instructions. A physical return may not always be necessary.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Returns for the Wrong Size
Please check the available sizing information before placing your order.
If you order the wrong size and wish to return an eligible item, this will normally be treated as a change-of-mind return and the cancellation and returns provisions above will apply.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Le&Me name, branding, website content, graphics, product designs, artwork, photographs and other original content on this website belong to Le&Me or are used by us with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or use our content or designs without permission, except where permitted by law.
Website Use
You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We may update, change or temporarily withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
Personal Information
We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please see the Privacy Policy on our website for information about how we collect, use and protect personal data.
Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep you informed where appropriate.
This does not affect rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.
The terms applying to your purchase will be those in force when your order is placed, except where a change is required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will also retain the benefit of any mandatory protections and rights available to you under the law applicable to you.
